洪欣儒律師畢業於台灣⼤學法律系，取得美國紐約⼤學法學碩⼠學位，並有台灣律師執照及美國紐約州律師資格。
主要業務範圍為⼀般公司商務法令諮詢、外資企業來台投資、企業併購、合資、策略聯盟等。曾協助諸多不同產業著名外商在台之投資與併購，並對許多本國公司收購其它公司股份或資產等事宜，提供法律服務。對於勞動法令、公平交易法、消費者保護法、及保險法令等相關諮詢案件，亦有相當豐富之經驗。洪律師於2003年4⽉⾄2015年2⽉任職於理律法律事務所，並於2015年8⽉成立本事務所。
Caroline is qualified to practice law in Taiwan, R.O.C. and the state of New York, U.S.A. Her practice areas include: foreign investment in Taiwan, corporate, cross border transactions, M&A, joint ventures, trade law, labor law, and related dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in various commercial transactions, including, cross-broader mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and reorganizations for multinational corporations. Caroline has been a senior attorney of Lee & Li, Attorneysat- Law from April 2003 to February 2015 and formed this firm in August 2015.

Who we are
「緯鴻眾理」是結合蔡佩蓁律師於2010年1⽉創立之眾理 法律事務所，及洪欣儒律師於2015年8⽉創立之緯鴻國際 法律事務所，合署成立。兩位律師均有⼗餘年執業經驗， 其中洪欣儒律師曾任理律法律事務所資深律師多年，蔡佩 蓁律師則任⼤型企業法務及眾多中⼩企業法律顧問多年， 兩位律師同樣希望為企業在合理的預算上，提供專業⼜有效率的服務，並結合類似專長，互相⽀援合作，故於 2018年底開始策略聯盟並合署辦公，為客⼾提供更周全 的法律服務。
JL Hartech Law Firm was established in combination of two law firms, JustLaw, Tsai & Associates, founded by Peichen Tsai in January 2010 and Hartech International Law Firm, founded by Caroline Houng in August 2015.
Both Peichen and Caroline have practiced law for more than 15 years. Caroline had been a senior associate of Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law, the Taiwanese leading law firm, for 12 years. In a different manner, Peichen had been an in-house counsel in an international corporation and an independent outside counsel for numerous companies for more than a decade. They both wish to provide professional legal services in an efficient style at reasonable fees to companies or individuals. In the end of 2018, JustLaw and Hartech Law affiliated with each other with the new name, JL HARTECH LAW FIRM and relocated to a new office in order to provide a more comprehensive legal services for our clients.
