緯鴻眾理法律事務所特別專長於國際商務與公司法律，無論是對外商、國際企業，亦無論是傳產或新創事業，均有多年的服務經驗。

「緯鴻眾理」是結合蔡佩蓁律師於2010年1月創立之眾理法律事務所，及洪欣儒律師於2015年8月創立之緯鴻國際法律事務所，合署成立。兩位律師均有十餘年執業經驗，其中洪欣儒律師曾任理律法律事務所資深律師多年，蔡佩蓁律師則任大型企業法務及眾多中小企業法律顧問多年，兩位律師同樣希望為企業在合理的預算上，提供專業又有效率的服務，並結合類似專長，互相支援合作，故於2018年底開始策略聯盟並合署辦公，為客戶提供更周全的法律服務。

Our firm focuses on international transactions, general corporate matters and corporate governance, labor and competition issues, and related dispute resolutions. Our attorneys have extensive experiences in providing legal services to local and international enterprises, no matter in traditional, start-up and high-tech industry. 

JL Hartech Law Firm was established in combination of two law firms, JustLaw, Tsai & Associates, founded by Peichen Tsai in January 2010 and Hartech International Law Firm, founded by Caroline Houng in August 2015. Both Peichen and Caroline have practiced law for more than 15 years. Caroline had been a senior associate of Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law, the Taiwanese leading law firm, for 12 years. In a different manner, Peichen had been an in-house counsel in an international corporation and an independent outside counsel for numerous companies for more than a decade. They both wish to provide professional legal services in an efficient style at reasonable fees to companies or individuals. In the end of 2018, JustLaw and Hartech Law affiliated with each other with the new name, JL HARTECH LAW FIRM and relocated to a new office in order to provide a more comprehensive legal services for our clients.
